Hi Folks, This is the results of the TEE that I had yesterday. I forgot to publish  it.
The TEE procedure went smoothly once it got going. There was a lot of waiting. Then a flurry of activity while nurses and technicians hooked me up to various machines. The anesthesiologist came in and told me what to expect: sleep... Cardiologist came in and told me again why they wanted to do the procedure. He might have seen some kind of a mass on the other echo cardiogram. He wanted to look at it from a different angle i.e. from inside my esophagus. Off to dreamland I went. Next thing I knew I was awake and it hwas over. Waiting again for Doc to come in and tell me what he saw.. Long discussion shortened, they didn't find anything bad. My heart is normal. So, good. On to the next thing, chemo tomorrow.
I havent eaten or had anything to drink  since 8PM last night. They told me I had to wait 4 hours after they put the numbing medicine in my throat. It will be 24 hours exactly before I can eat. Don't anyone call me at 8PM.. Because I will be EATING. But I have to be careful and start light.
Im kind of cranky. Im in my room with the door closed so I don't have to hear or smell Frank cooking.
He hasn't eaten since 11AM. Now THATS devotion.
